He was born in the city of Görele in Giresun. He studied primary and secondary schools in the Görele town. He graduated from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Department of Emergency and Disaster Management in 2010, in the same year he completed his Educational Formation at the same university. Having passed the required exam, he’s been appointed as an Emergency Teacher to Ministry of Health, Taşköprü Vocational Health School. Currently he’s been majoring his academic studies and he is one of the member of Board of Directors.

HÜSEYİN KOÇAK
He was born in Aksaray province in 1986. He studied Technician of Emergency at the Vocational Health School in 2004. He graduated from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (COMU), Department of Emergency and Disaster Management in 2010. He studied Master Degree at the Hacettepe University, Graduate School of Health Sciences, and Department of Health Management at Disasters. He is one of the members of founding board of Association for Emergency and Disaster Management. Since November 2011, he’s been working as a Research Assistant at the COMU, Department of Emergency and Disaster Management. He’s been majoring PhD degrees at Department of Disaster Medicine and Public Administration.

HASAN UÇAR
He was born in Malatya, in 1987. He studied Technician of Emergency at the Vocational Health School in 2005. He graduated from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Department of Emergency and Disaster Management in 2010. He is one of the members of founding board of Association for Emergency and Disaster Management. He’s been working at Emergency Management Authority of Çanakkale.
